This year's conference brought together numerous renowned scholars and industry experts in the fields of new energy systems and power engineering. Closely aligned with major national strategic needs and regional industrial development priorities, the conference engaged in in-depth discussions on frontier scientific issues and technological breakthroughs.

The opening ceremony was moderated by Dr. Yan Zhu from Xihua University. Deputy Director Li Zhang of the MOE Key Laboratory of Fluid and Power Machinery (LFPM), Xihua University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Four distinguished guests were invited to deliver keynote speeches: Prof. Guoqiang Gao from Southwest Jiaotong University (National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, Distinguished Young Scholar of Sichuan Province); Prof. Weihao Hu from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (IET Fellow); Prof. Ronggang Ni, Associate Dean of the College of Electrical Engineering, Qingdao University; and Associate Prof. Qin Wang from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Their presentations covered durability research on traction batteries for rail locomotives, diverse applications of artificial intelligence in energy systems, topology and control strategies for robot joint motors without absolute position sensors, and solving AC optimal power flow via gradient-guided physics-informed neural networks. They shared their latest research findings, presenting participants with a high-level academic feast.
