Brief biography:

Prof. Zhenbin Zhang, IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member; He was selected as the chief Young scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program and the "Outstanding Young and middle-aged Scholar" of Shandong University. Leading innovation talents of Jinan City (Category B); At present, he is a member of several special committees (standing committee), such as Frequency conversion Power Supply and Power Transmission Committee of Power Supply Association, Youth Working Committee, Traffic Electrification Committee, and Predictive Control of Chinese Society of Automation. Judge of the German and Polish Natural Science Foundation; He has published more than 160 SCI/EI papers in internationally renowned journals and conferences, of which more than 50 papers are included in authoritative journals.

Research interests: Predictive control of high-power new energy power conversion systems: (1) offshore wind power and its grid-connection, (2) intelligent micro-energy systems and energy storage, and (3) intelligent operation and maintenance of power conversion systems.
